What's the set up fee and monthly recurring fee for a real estate website?

My sites are $35 dollars per month. I DO NOT UPSELL YOU ANYTHING. Set up fees are set at $495 right now. This price includes the custom design of your site layout and logos, the back office software, the IDX/MLS connectivity, your domain name, web hosting, custom changes if needed, and more.

How do I improve your Google and other search engine rankings?

I meet with you, examine your target audience, evaluate what those prospective clients may type into a search engine, and optimize your domain name, page names, titles, meta tags (keywords, description), and content on your site to attract those certain keywords. I also suggest that you take advantage of our awesome listing syndication and social media features to attract more traffic to your site. Increasing your web presence through sites that are already ranked well is the fastest and easiest way to get some quality targeted traffic.

How big is our company?

I have 5 employees who are available at any time to take your call, even after regular business hours.

Our moderately-sized client base allows us to spend more quality time with you, and I frequently visit my San Diego County clients. In other words, we are never too busy for you!


Who owns the website when it is done?

You own the website, except for some proprietary software that runs behind the scenes.
